A monumental, raw massed concrete structure, the High Court is a light-filled, bold geometric shape which is an incredible example of Canberra's brutalist movement. With strong links to neighbouring buildings and landscape, it is iconic in Canberra’s scenery.

- Designed by Edwards, Madigan, Torzillo and Partners.

The National Gallery of Australia

The National Gallery of Australia is the most substantial and complex of Madigan’s buildings, a powerful structure reflecting his beliefs in organic evolution, the expression of materials, environmental integration and functional design that grows from human needs.
